Vision
I have set foot on this personal journey for over 20 years, and met so many wise people on my path. The interesting thing is not all of them come from the meditation tradition, yet the one thing they have in common is the ability to manifest physically of what they intended. My vision is help people to rebuild their mindset based on the ancient wisdom and technique, to be the person you have dreamt to be, turning it into reality.
Story
Once there was a man who became a monk, and after many months living in a monastery, he realised that life is pretty much a routine, there's always tasks to complete but it was never a problem, life is easy. One day on his way back to the monastery, he saw his master searching for his key on the floor. He quickly went and asked if he could help. The master smiled and said he's searched the area that is bright, but still can't find his key. The monk immediately started a search, then he too couldn't find the key, he then asked the master, did you search the dark area in the shade? "no" said the master. "Then why didn't you ? the key might be in there" said the monk. "Because I can't see it, what is the point?" said the master. The monk all of a sudden had an epiphany. He realised that being a monk living in the monastery is not about completing all the tasks, but he needs to work on himself, the dark side, the inner self. This story is still relevant to our modern mundane world. We go through the motion of being a person that is expected of you from a family, a school, a society. We overlook the signs our feelings unfold, some of the time things were left unresolved, or they build up over time and one point we feel helpless and wish the negative feelings could just go away. It is never too late to be mindful, be aware of your feeling, now, where you are.
Meditation
Meditation is a way to re-establish a new relationship to the mind. Often time we overlook the power of intention, feelings, and in general our thoughts are part of our meta physical activity, where no one but the self can experience. During meditation one starts to loosen the grip with habitual thinking, instead of grasping the thoughts, very much like watching the thoughts like a movie, but completely caught up in the scenario. On the contrary, when sitting in a cinema, we don't run away from the explosion on the big screen. Meditation is a way to allow the thoughts to play out, and yet we also allow them to pass, and more we let it happen, the thoughts become less dominant. In fact, the gap between the thoughts becomes wider, all this freedom or some call it peace, the mind become more spacious, more clarity. It is also a great way to approach our mental health.
"Calm mind brings inner strength and
self-confidence, so that's very important for
good health."
